Ariana Michel, OTD, OTR/L is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming, play-based and child-led care that supports each child’s unique strengths, interests, and developmental profile. She has always been passionate about supporting children and their families, and her experience as an early childhood educator inspired her to pursue a career in occupational therapy. Ariana has worked across a variety of settings, including early intervention, outpatient clinics, therapeutic preschool settings, and hospital settings. Ariana has experience supporting neurodivergent children, children with developmental delays, sensory and motor challenges as well as children with a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological impairments. She completed her doctoral capstone at a pediatric clinic utilizing the DIR/Floortime approach. Ariana earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Child Study and Human Development from Tufts University.
