Hayley Bazarek,M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist

Hayley Bazarek, M.S., CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

During graduate school, Hayley gained extensive experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing individualized treatment for both pediatric and adult populations. Her clinical training included work at the UW-Madison Speech and Hearing Clinic, UW-Madison Central Auditory Processing Disorders Clinic, the Waisman Center Clinics (including the Down Syndrome, Autism and Developmental Disabilities, and Communication Aids & Systems programs), and the Stoughton Area School District.

Hayley also has experience working in an interdisciplinary private practice setting, serving children ages 0-12 across the following areas: feeding (including oral-motor and sensory-based approaches), expressive and receptive language, gestalt language processing, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), articulation and phonology, and pragmatic language. She supports families in the Illinois Early Intervention Program and specializes in treatment for infants and toddlers (0-3 years) with language delays and feeding disorders.

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys taking yoga classes, cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, exploring restaurants and coffee shops in Chicago, and traveling.
