Rachel Sitzmann M.S., OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Rachel is a pediatric occupational therapist who cares deeply about helping children feel understood, capable, and confident. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Lewis University.

Rachel’s path to becoming an occupational therapist was shaped by her experience growing up with a younger sister with medical complexities. Being on the family side of services helped her understand the importance of having a provider who is invested, compassionate, and a true partner to families. She carries this perspective into her work every day.

Rachel enjoys working with children of all ages and has special interest in supporting neurodivergent learners, sensory processing and interoception, regulation, fine motor development, and executive functioning. Her practice is connection focused, family centered, and strengths based. She is committed to providing neurodiversity affirming care and values close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other members of a child’s team to ensure comprehensive and individualized support.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys going on walks by the lake, trying new coffee shops with her husband, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
